  • TicketTech updates for a smoother workflow (SSGG)

TicketTech comments for SSGG users are now private by default, with a warning shown when switching to public. We also improved the Ticket card for clearer information, removed unnecessary fields, and added Cotizado and Proveedor fields for “Compras” and “Solicitudes” tickets.

 

  • TicketTech stability, routing, and validation improvements

We improved TicketTech layout and scrolling for a more stable experience. Tickets created by requester users can now be assigned automatically based on the ticket’s area, and we performed bulk data validation to support upcoming TicketTech dashboard work.

 

  • TicketTech dashboard and self-service configuration

TicketTech now includes a real-time dashboard with multiple charts to make ticket activity easier to understand. A new Settings tab was also added to self-manage “Proveedor”, “Ambito”, and “Modalidad de ejecución”.

 

  • Reporte de Registro Diario now includes photo evidence

The “Reporte de Registro Diario” now includes a Photo Evidence section when records contain images. This makes it easier to review and validate findings.

 

  • Clearer panel and home visualizations for Facility clients

We improved Panel charts with updated colors, thicker lines, and cleaner timelines by hiding days without frequency configuration. Facility clients also get an updated home pie chart with neutral labels and a clearer status indicator.

 

  • More complete exports for better analysis

When downloading the Records Excel or the Compliance Report data, the file now includes each zone’s cluster hierarchy. This provides more context when reviewing results across locations.

 

  • Reliability fixes across access, compliance, and Healthcare

Google SSO now allows users to retry sign-in if the pop-up is closed during login, and Compliance export dates now match the selected filters. We also improved reliability for a Healthcare edge case involving forcing a case to remain in its current state.

 

  • Better insight for continuous improvement

We implemented Microsoft Clarity to better understand user interactions, usability issues, and friction points. We also updated internal tools to store additional data needed for future enhancements.

 

  • More consistent activity reporting for Facility clients

We improved reporting sections related to the Activity field to ensure stronger consistency across Facility reports. This makes activity-based reporting clearer and more reliable.
