- Ticketech Email Notifications Redesign
Ticketech email notifications have been refreshed to be clearer and more concise, focusing on the most relevant information. The updated format looks more professional and is easier to read.
- R.U.T. Field for Proveedores (Ticketech)
Ticketech now includes a R.U.T. field when adding Proveedores in Settings. This helps validate that new suppliers are real companies and provides stronger information for audit purposes, while remaining visible only in the Proveedores list (and stored in the database).
- Ticketech Organizational Hierarchy Self-Management
A new Ticketech Settings section allows you to manage the “Management / Department / Area” hierarchy and assign a responsible owner to each level. This enables automatic ticket routing to the right person and makes it easy to keep the structure up to date.
- Alternative Incident Registration (No WhatsApp Validation)
An alternative incident registration flow is now available that removes the WhatsApp validation step (when enabled). Users can optionally add their name, attach a photo, and submit securely using CAPTCHA verification.
- Second Cleaning Target Time Capture (Internal)
The internal customer setup tool now supports storing a target time for a second type of cleaning. This enables clearer performance tracking, such as comparing real execution time vs. the defined target.
- Improved Profile ID Management (Internal)
The internal profiles tool was enhanced so automatically generated profile IDs are more meaningful. It also now supports editing the profile ID when needed.
- Clearer Reporting and Activity Logs
Reporting and activity records were adjusted for specific customers to make the data easier to understand. Filters and activity details are now more consistent and readable.
- Bug Fixes and Stability Improvements
We fixed an issue where adding an evidence photo on certain mobile devices could cause the app to close unexpectedly. We also corrected the customer data export so tasks now download with their IDs, reducing confusion during updates.
