Release 1.81.0
What’s New
Exceptions Module
We introduced a new Exceptions module that lets managers formally record why an area did not meet its expected cleaning frequency, with supporting documentation and an optional attachment. Exceptions appear in the Compliance Report and can also be exported as their own on-demand document, giving service teams a clear, traceable way to explain low compliance without changing the compliance numbers themselves.
Smarter Tenant Status Overview
The instant AI overview supervisors can request now factors in the time of day when judging how serious a situation is, so an operation isn't marked critical simply because the shift has just started. For clients with multiple sites, it can also compare compliance across sites side by side instead of only showing one combined number.
Proactive WhatsApp Compliance Alerts
Supervisors can now receive a daily WhatsApp message summarizing which of their locations need attention, complete with a short AI-generated note for context. This means supervisors no longer have to open the platform just to check whether something is at risk.
Incident and Reporting Improvements
We made several improvements to incident handling and reporting: WhatsApp incident messages can now show criticality level and estimated resolution time when configured, and clients can enable an option to notify an incident reporter by email once their incident is resolved. We also improved how exception and compliance information is displayed for locations that track occupied rooms and incomplete rounds, and made layout fixes to reporting so long lists of items and long names display more cleanly.
Visual and Navigation Improvements
We reorganized the Exceptions area for easier access and improved how you can select multiple areas at once when creating or editing exceptions. We also fixed how the Orquestra login link appears when shared, and adjusted the scan entry screen to make incident reporting the primary option for external users.
Bug Fixes and Stability Improvements
We fixed an issue affecting how zone and inspection statuses were calculated outside of scheduled hours, an issue that could cause bed status to be lost during certain integration updates, an issue that could prevent some incident photos from uploading, and a session issue that could interrupt users resolving incidents from a shared link.
