Release 1.62.0
What’s New
- MongoChart filter issue fixed
We fixed a problem where a MongoChart graph could send repeated queries and refresh again and again after you applied a filter. The chart now runs only the needed queries and behaves as expected.
- Ticketech improvements – interface and fields
We updated the Ticketech home view for General Services (SSGG) users and added a clearer start image to guide daily use. Ticket fields such as “Requerimiento” were standardized, and we introduced new category selection options so SSGG can better classify and follow up on each request.
- Ticketech improvements – communication and tracking
We fixed an issue where ticket URLs led to an error instead of opening the correct page. We also refreshed ticket status colors, improved email notifications, removed WhatsApp alerts to keep communication in traceable channels, and enabled file attachments in comments for SSGG users.
- New Ticketech login experience
We introduced a new login page for the Ticketech platform with a cleaner design and clearer access options. Users can now sign in using their Google account, making access faster and easier.
- Customer incident and inspection enhancements
For a specific customer, we now restrict incident creation so that only registered system users can log new incidents, improving control and traceability. We also added a clearer view of areas with daily inspections, helping teams quickly identify and prioritize zones that require constant attention.
