- Mobile filter buttons fix
We fixed an issue that affected some filter buttons on mobile. Filters now respond reliably when using the mobile view.
- Reporte de Registro Diario – photo evidence
The Reporte de Registro Diario now supports adding photo evidence captured during the QR code scan flow. This helps you validate daily records with visual support when needed.
- Ticketech – archive and delete tickets
We added the ability to archive or delete tickets in Ticketech. Archived tickets remain available for reference, while deleted tickets are removed from active visibility.
- Ticketech – clearer ticket lifecycle and visibility
Ticket visibility is now more consistent across lists and history, so it’s easier to understand a ticket’s current state. This also improves how ticket information is presented to people who submitted the request.
- Ticketech – UX and mobile experience improvements
We improved filters, ticket naming, ID visibility, and ticket-type colors to make tickets easier to read and manage. We also refined mobile viewing, fixed long-link display issues, and updated the “ticket created” confirmation screen.
- Internal tool – fix
We fixed an issue in our internal tool used to load or update client information.
