What's New

• Direct Ticket Reassignment for SSGG

SSGG users can reassign a ticket to another SSGG user directly from the ticket. This keeps clear ownership and gets requests to the right person faster. No extra confirmation steps are needed.

• Internal Tool: Client QR & Zone PDF Export

A new tool exports one PDF per client with all active QR codes and their zones. It supports audits and field work for our internal teams. No changes for end users.

• Internal Fix: Zone Policy Assignment & Export

We fixed an issue with assigning zone policies and exporting that data. Results are now consistent across zone types for the same client. This does not change the user experience.

• Connectivity & Cache Improvements

We researched cases with poor signal and slow loads and made improvements. Better caching and loading make pages more reliable.

• Clearer Filter Labels on Zone view

In the Zones section of the UI, filter labels are clearer and adapt to the available space.
