What’s New

  • Enhanced Ticket Management for SSGG Users
    The SSGG dashboard now includes two Kanban-style boards for SOLICITUDES and COMPRAS, plus a new List View for users who prefer a tabular layout. Tickets can be updated directly from the detail window, with all status changes following the defined workflow and remaining fully traceable throughout the ticket lifecycle.


  • Improved Collaboration and Visibility
    SSGG users can now add public or internal comments within the ticket detail modal to collaborate with internal teams or communicate with the Solicitante. The modal also provides full visibility into each ticket’s details and history—including metadata, comments, and system events—offering greater context, transparency, and control in day-to-day operations.


  • Internal Development and Workflow Optimization
    This release also includes internal improvements developed in collaboration with a client to enhance specific workflow configurations. These updates streamline process automation, align ticket transitions with operational needs, and ensure greater consistency across custom workflows.
