- Advances in Ticketera
Requesters can now see a full list of their submitted tickets to easily follow status and progress. Each ticket shows the assigned SSGG user and its full history. Requesters can also send messages or leave comments directly for the assigned SSGG user, making communication clearer and resolution faster.
- Integration with Identity Platform (Internal Improvement)
When a new user is created in eGenya, the system now also creates the matching record in the Identity Platform. This ensures a consistent setup and allows users to log in smoothly with their Google account.
- Client–Organization Association (Internal Improvement)
A new feature allows clients to be linked with specific organizations when needed. This helps clients who use the system across multiple services, providing better structure and easier management.
- Fix for Canonical ID in Spreadsheets (Bug Fix)
We corrected an issue to ensure spreadsheets are always downloaded with a valid client Canonical ID. This prevents missing references and allows updates to run without problems.
- Compliance Data Format Improvements (Internal Improvement)
Compliance reporting now uses a more consistent data format. This change makes queries more reliable and supports stronger cross-checks between data collections, improving the quality of reports.
- Incident Description Bug Fix (Bug Fix)
We fixed a problem with incident descriptions that blocked the creation of new incidents. Users can now create and record incidents without interruption.
